Refunds & Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return window on all items from the date of purchase. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Partial Refunds

In some situations, only a partial refund will be granted. This includes items that:

  • Are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not caused by us.
  • Have been returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (credit card, etc.).
  • Processing may take several days, depending on your bank or payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before a refund posts).
  3. Reach out to your bank, as there could be a processing delay.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at info@accessoriesofcars.com and return the product to the following address:

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for return shipping fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your return is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for expensive items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.


Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
